Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a finished product that’s suitable for publishing, including selecting the best material, syncing audio and video, color grading, and adding graphics/effects.
Collaborate with the creative team to understand the video’s intent, style, and storytelling direction.
Add music, voiceovers, sound effects, transitions, text overlays, and animations where needed to enhance narrative impact.
Adapt videos for multiple platforms including YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media channels, ensuring optimized formats and aspect ratios.
Manage multiple editing projects at once and deliver on tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Stay up to date with video trends, editing techniques, and best practices for engagement and viewer retention.
Organize and maintain video assets, project files, and backups.
Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects).
Solid understanding of video production workflows, color grading, and audio editing.
Knowledge of visual storytelling, pacing, and timing.
Ability to take creative direction and implement feedback effectively.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with social media trends and how to tailor content for each platform.
Motion graphics and animation skills are a strong plus.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Degree in Film, Media, Design, or relevant experience (preferred but not required).
Capture stunning visuals and dynamic footage for marketing campaigns, client features, and branded content across multiple platforms.
Plan, set up, and execute professional video shoots in various environments (studio, outdoor, event-based, etc.).
Operate video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio tools to capture quality footage.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to determine the visual direction of each shoot.
Capture behind-the-scenes content and b-roll footage to support content needs.
Ensure all technical aspects of video production (exposure, framing, focus, lighting) are executed to a professional standard.
Maintain and manage camera and production equipment.
Organize, catalog, and back up footage regularly.
Proven experience as a videographer with a strong demo reel or portfolio.
Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and video equipment.
Solid understanding of lighting, sound, and shot composition.
Ability to direct on-camera talent and work independently or within a team.
Familiarity with editing software is a plus (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Willingness to travel and shoot on location as needed.
Build and manage client relationships, coordinate project timelines, and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services (agency experience is a plus).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Comfortable using CRM systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Strong interest in digital marketing, branding, or social media strategy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Basic understanding of marketing tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
